CompleteTax asked Olive to audit their current online efforts and develop a plan to re-introduce their brand and online tax service to compete with industry leaders like TurboTax and H&R Block.
We developed a plan that included a redesign of their logo, re-architecting and re-designing their existing web site and creating a series of online advertisements that created awareness of their new site and key messages.
Olive created a new identity that conveys the complexity of the tax issues with the simplicity of CompleteTax’s approach. The web site now clearly conveys the key messages of the brand as well as a more intuitive user interface that presents information based on user needs. Finally, the advertisements have successfully created awareness of the new branding and driven new users to the site.
